The Garden

The garden is about 0.4 acre. There are a number of different areas such as the south garden, north grass, a small ornamental pond, beds of herbaceous perennials, south terrace, and woodland walk (clockwise round the photos). There is also a grassy area out the front. Plenty of places to sit, read, ponder, fall asleep – or kick a football about. Rope swings for all ages, a tree house and a small 'garden room' for being outside in less clement weather should keep most people happy. The view out front is the church on one side and the field in which is Hethel Old Thorn (NWT) and usually a few grazing Red Poll cattle. Could be an embodiment of 'bucolic'!
