Downstairs in South Cottage
(there's also a pretty standard bathroom (shower, basin and toilet)
Sitting room
Two armchairs, a sofa and a woodburner. What else do you need? Oh, a rocking horse? Moonshine aged about 110 is just out of the picture left!
Kitchen
Completely redone in 2020 – cooker with induction hobs, fridge, dishwasher (and a freezer and washing machine outside).
Conservatory
At the other end of the kitchen, faces south over the garden – sit here in the colder months and you need little extra heating if the sun is out.
